I fucking love Stereolab. I'm sitting here listening to Stereolab 11/12/99 Variety Playhouse, Atlanta, GA, thinking how fucking awesome they are. I'm stoked for Oscillons from the Anti-Sun and that a tour will be forthcoming. Also hoping Monade comes around during their US tour.

The Lips Break It Down For You

Since I got this as an mp3, I'll share it as an mp3. It's at 192kbps and again, no, I didn't do it. It's not for trading or burning as audio. Please don't let this ever get converted to .SHN or FLAC.

Anyway, the Lips do some covers and some stuff from Yoshimi and one more tune at this kind of short "private" show where the audience had to win tix from a radio station or some shit. Even though it's mp3 and it's originally MD sourced, it sounded good enough to keep, and is probably the best AUD I've heard of the lips, at least from that period.

Dylan Mix for Kara #2

These are .m4a for now. Download iTunes if you're on windoze. As you can see, these are mostly outtakes. I did some "remastering" with Felt Tip Sound Studio, and cleaned up some of the tracks significantly. The mix is very ex-girlfriendy, but not in a downer kind of way. At least it is to me.
